Product description:A water-soluble pigment, can change color as the cell SAP acid and alkali. Is partial acidic red cell SAP, alkaline cell SAP is blue. Anthocyanins (anthocyanidin) constitute the petals and the fruit color is one of the main pigments.Can be used in cosmetics, such as anthocyanins do red lipstick. These goods with pigment (except the grape skin pigment) is characterized by good stability, light, heat, oxygen stability of microorganisms. Soluble in water and ethanol, insoluble in vegetable oil.
