Product description:Broad-spectrum semisynthetic cephalosporin. Second-generation injectable cephalosporin in the application of species. The function against Gram-positive bacteria is close to that of the first-generation cephalosporins but it is sensitive to Gram-negative Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria meningitis bacteria, E. coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, indole-positive Proteus .It is very stable to Gram-negative bacteria produce β-lactamase ,no effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. so it could be the first choice of Gram-negative bacteria infection drug and it can also be used for meningococcal, caused by pneumococcal meningitis .As for penicillin-resistant gonorrhea,it is also very effective..assay is more than 99% and water is less than 1% the optical rotation is from 63-67
