After oral administration of this product,it will has antimicrobial activity after hydrolysis by the esterase activity of cephalosporins Telun in the intestinal. And it has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity toward citric acid species, Serratia, and Enterobacter and other gram-negative and-positive bacteria . Mainly used in clinical Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, and Haemophilus influenzae infections, such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, pyelonephritis, cystitis, gonococcal urethritis, cholecystitis, otitis media, and scarlet fever, etc.
