Product description:This product is the first generation semi-synthetic cephalosporins, antimicrobial spectrum and cephalothin, and cefotaxime is similar to pyridine, but the antibacterial effect on E. coli Cefalotin stronger than 5 to 10 times. E. coli bacteria that produce gas and the β-lactamase particularly stable. Primarily by renal excretion. Mainly used in clinical pyelonephritis caused by susceptible strains, urinary tract infections and respiratory infections.
