Product description:Colorless to white crystalls or crystal powder, slightly special smell sour, melting point 175 ℃ (decomposition). Soluble in water, acidic aqueous solution, 1% solution of the pH value of 1.7, a 0.1% solution pH value of 2.4. Can dissolve in alcohol, ammonia and acetic acid, insoluble in ethyl ether, acetone, benzene, etc. Has the reducibility, oxidation resistance and prevent the action of non enzymatic Browning.
