Product description:RNase A (Ribonuclease A) is from bovine pancreas, a highly-specific endonuclease which can be specific attack on the pyrimidine nucleotides C'3 RNA on phosphate and the adjacent nucleotides C'5 between the key product for the 3 'pyrimidine single nucleotide or the 3' end of pyrimidine nucleotide oligonucleotide. It can remove the RNA  zone which are not hybrid in the DNA: RNA or RNA: RNA hybrids; it can also be used to determine the DNA or RNA single-base mutation in the position marked with the RNA probe for inspection of DNA containing single base substitutions or RNA annealing, RNA: RNA or RNA: DNA base mismatch in the cut can be RNaseA. It is widely used to remove DNA samples of RNA. 
Preparation of RNase A solution:
