Product description:Biosynthesis of gel, a kind of white or light yellow powder, sugar is a high molecular weight polymer, with corn starch as the main raw material, by microbial yellow single spore bacilli in specific conditions of fermentation, then through refining, drying, grinding and macromolecular polysaccharide polymer. Its molecular structure determines its special performance: thickening, suspension, salt resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistant, shear, are widely used in food, medicine, agricultural chemicals, oil drilling, cleaning products, textile printing and dyeing, paper making, fire fighting, and many other industries. Outstanding high viscosity and solubility in water. 1% xanthan glue solution viscosity is equivalent to 100 times that of the same concentration of gelatin solution viscosity, thickening and viscous effect is remarkable.
