Product description:This product is double of coumarin anticoagulants. Its mechanism of action is competing against the effect of vitamin K, inhibit the synthesis of clotting factor in liver cells, but also has lower the platelet aggregation induced by thrombin reaction, thus has anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation function.Suitable for patients requiring prolonged continuous anticoagulation: (1) to prevent thrombus formation and development of the used in the treatment of thromboembolic disorders; (2) after surgery or trauma after treatment of venous thrombosis, and myocardial infarction in auxiliary drug use.
