Product description:Light yellow or yellowish green crystal or white crystalline powder, odourless, tasteless. Soluble in N, N - dimethyl formamide, soluble in pyridine, dioxane, slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone, chloroform, insoluble in water, benzene, cyclohexane.Has a stable of mast cells and basophilic granulocyte cell membrane, prevent the degranulation. Thus inhibition of histamine and serotonin allergic reaction material release, the IgE antibody caused rat skin allergic reactions and has significant inhibitory effect on experimental asthma, is a mechanism for allergic disease etiology of therapeutic drugs.
