Product description:General for white to light yellow powder or waxy or block, or colorless to light yellow viscous liquid, odourless or slightly oil smell, taste slightly sweet and bitter. Usually no obvious melting point, under 120 ℃ is stable, above 145 ℃, decomposition. Sucrose monoester soluble in water, and the second ester and three ester poorly soluble in water, but soluble in oil and nonpolar solvents.Food emulsifying jing, rules can be used in the emulsion of natural pigment in our country, the largest use of 10.0 g/kg; In the meat, sausages, emulsifying essence, candy, bread and ice cream in the maximum usage of 1.5 g/kg; In the antistaling agent, used in the preservation of eggs, fruit maximum usage of 1.5 g/kg.
