Product description:Gray alpha crystal powder. Silicon nitride melting point 1900 ℃, relative density 3.44. Heating to 1450 ~ 1550 ℃ in air is still stable. Soluble in hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in cold, hot water, dilute acid, for sulfuric acid and concentrated sodium hydroxide solution is very slow.Mainly used for function ceramic raw materials, non-ferrous metals, refractory materials, the plane engine, gas conveyor nozzle, such as bearing high temperature structural materials and heat resistant coatings and grinding, cutting, electric furnace and other materials.
