Product description:This product is a white crystalline powder; Odourless. It is easily dissolved in ethanol or chloroform, slightly soluble in water. Easily dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid and dilute sulphuric acid.Can block of iris sphincter muscle caused by acetylcholine and ciliary muscle excitation. Its 0.5% solution can cause loose big pupil; 1% solution can cause cycloplegia and loose big pupil. Mainly used for clinical treatment of eye drops mydriatic and regulation of paralysis. Pyrazole card amine is the synthesis of tropic acid derivatives.
