Product description:White or white crystalline powder, odourless, taste bitter. Easily soluble in water, soluble in ethanol or chloroform, slightly soluble in anhydrous ethanol, very slightly soluble in acetone, a few insoluble in ether and benzene, soluble in glacial acetic acid. For bisoprolol is a kind of long-term heart selective beta 1 adrenaline receptor blocker, no endogenous sympathetic activity or membrane stability. Effect on beta 1 adrenaline receptor blockade with metoprolol, than the parlour, and propranolol, indole parlour and thiamethoxam it is 1/6 of the parlour, but not the inhibitory effect of isopropyl adrenaline bronchiectasis.
