Product description:Have micro crystalline metallic green or light green powder. Soluble in water (20 ℃ under 70 g/L), turquoise. Slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in amyl alcohol. Hydrochloric acid in titian, colorless in sodium hydroxide. Reagent solution absorption peak in visible light region (lambda Max = 633.8 nm). And ReO, HgCl4, BiCI4, AuCl4 and GaCl4 form ion of associating. Used for spectrophotometric determination of Hg and ReO4, qualitative detection ferricyanide, ph indicator and cell stain. Methyl green for alkaline dye, it is easy to combine with high degree of polymerization of DNA is green.
