Product description:This product in the acidic conditions of dissociation of upper gastrointestinal tract, combined with the phosphate in food form insoluble phosphate lanthanum compounds to inhibit the absorption of phosphate, thereby reducing the levels of serum phosphate and calcium phosphate in the body.This product is neither the cytochrome P450 (CYP) substrate, nor its inhibitor. Citrate salt with this single dose of 1000 mg does not affect the absorption of this product. This product and digoxin, metoprolol and warfarin drug with clothing does not affect the absorption of the drugs. Stop treatment, after removing the elimination half-life of lanthanum from plasma (tl / 2) for 53 hours.
