Product description:Slightly soluble in water, ethanol, glycerin and propylene glycol, does not dissolve in oils and fats. 0.05% of the aqueous solution is dark blue. 1 g soluble in about 100 ml, 25 ℃ water, for water solubility was lower than those of other edible synthetic pigment, 0.05% aqueous solution is blue.
