Product description:This product also named phenylethyl piperidine, benzonitrile pp ester, antidiarrheal. This product is a derivative of pethidine, alternative opioid use, clinical commonly used its hydrochloride. Its hydrochloride is white crystalline powder, odourless. Slightly soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, soluble in chloroform, insoluble in ether, melting point of 220 ~ 226 ℃. This product can be directly ACTS on the intestinal smooth muscle, inhibit intestinal mucosal receptors, eliminate local mucosa peristalsis reflex and decrease peristalsis, can increase the segmental intestinal contraction at the same time, make the intestinal contents through delay, is advantageous to the intestinal absorption of moisture, show strong anti-diarrhea effect. Large dose has a calming effect, produce euphoria.
