Product description:A neuromuscular blockers. Shun benzene sulfonic acid atracurium is in effect, non depolarizing, isoquinoline Weng benzyl ester structure of skeletal muscle relaxant. Human clinical studies have shown that this product has nothing to do with dose dependent on histamine release, even when up to 8 times ED95 dose as well. Shun benzene sulfonic acid atracurium on the motor end plate with cholinergic receptor, to the role of antagonism acetylcholine, resulting in a competitive neuromuscular block. This effect is easy to fight choline enzyme drugs such as neostigmine or teng xi dragon antagonism.
