Product description:Antithyroid drugs. Its mechanism of action is inhibition of the thyroid peroxidase, preventing gather in the thyroid iodide oxidation and coupling of tyrosine, prevent thyroxine (T4) and thyroid original three iodine glycine (T3) synthesis. Animal experiment observed inhibits B lymphocyte synthetic antibody, lower thyroid stimulating antibody levels in the blood circulation, weak T cell function returned to normal.Applicable to various types of hyperthyroidism, especially suitable for: (1) the illness is lighter, thyroid patients with mild to moderate swelling; (2) the youth and children, and elderly patients; (3) recurrence after thyroid surgery, and is not suitable for the use of radioactive 131 I treatment; (4) preoperative preparation; (5) as an aid in the treatment of 131 I radiotherapy.
