Can be used in infant food, usage of 3.0 ~ 6.0 g/kg (in element calcium, similarly hereinafter); In grains and their products is 1.6 ~ 3.2 g/kg; In the drink liquid and beverage is 0.6 ~ 0.8 g/kg.Used for analysis reagent, organic synthesis, printing, dyeing and the pharmaceutical industry, or as a food stabilizer, aojiang mixture, imazalil agent, buffer, flavouring agent, corrosion inhibitory agent.
