Product description:A kind of the most widely used oil resistance of synthetic rubber. Pale yellow. Relative density 0.91 ~ 0.986. According to NBR polymerization temperature, can be divided into high temperature (25 ~ 50 ℃) and low temperature (5 ℃) two kinds. Due to the low temperature polymerization, molecular arrangement is neat, processing performance and better physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates, NBR so goods are generally low temperature polymerization products. Nitrile rubber acrylonitrile content is 15% ~ 15%. Along with the increase of the acrylonitrile content, oil resistance, abrasion resistance and mechanical strength increase, but the cold resistance, elongation, elastic. Mainly used in the manufacture of all kinds of oil resistant rubber products.
