Product description:Producing light yellow or white, soluble in water and dilute buffer solution, insoluble in ethanol, pI4.77, optimum pH 4.0 to 5.0. The optimal temperature stability: 50 to 55 ℃, temperature higher than 85 ℃ under the condition of the deactivation; Slightly acid, pH less than 1.7 under the condition of the deactivation; Iodine blue. Inhibitors have heavy metal ions (Cu2 +, Ag +, H2 +), urea, cyclohexanol amylose, methyl alpha glucoside, thiol reagents (4 - mercury benzoic acid, ammonium iodine acetyl chloride). 1% aqueous solution at 280 nm absorption coefficient is 12.3. Enzyme reaction: starch (soluble) + nH2O ═ n maltose + dextrin.Used for biochemical research, clinical used as digestive enzymes, and for loss of appetite, indigestion, stomach mucositis, etc
