Product description:Brown or white powder. By bacillus subtilis extraction.The water content of 5% ~ 8%. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol or aether.Mainly used for the hydrolysis of starch syrup in malt sugar, glucose, and etc., as well as the production of dextrin, beer, rice wine, alcohol, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice and gourmet powder, etc. Also used in the production of bread, to improve the dough, such as viscosity, lower dough accelerate fermentation process, increase the sugar content and ease of bread aging. Used for cereal raw material pretreatment in infant food. In addition, also used in vegetable processing. Dosage: the bacillus subtilis alpha amylase (6000 iu/g), content is about 0.1%.
