Product description :
It is white solid.Cilostamide (OPC 3689) is a specific phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3) inhibitor. The compound has been shown to block DNA binding of p-Stat3, increase cAMP levels and block the effects of insulin and IGF-1 on meiosis. Additionally, Cilostamide activates K(ATP) channels and produces hyperpolarization in rat mesenteric artery studies. In F/B cells Cliostamide has been reported to inhibit the IGF-1 induced phosphorylation of the apoptotic protein, Bad.
